I really liked the apartment space. It easily accommodated my whole family. the home facilities allowed us to cook and relax just like home. kids were happy with the pools. the customer service was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and always ready to help.
the gym has limited equipment. there is only one bench, dumbbells up to 15kg, a treadmill and a bike.

my family and i enjoyed our stay. staff was amiable and helpful . the restaurant had a buffet with fresh food and staff was very attentive, i REALLY enjoyed that. my daughters enjoyed the aquafun and circus shows.
the hotel bed was hard and uncomfortable. i had trouble sleeping because of it. i hope they can replace it SOON.

I had a blast! The resort is beautiful with landscaped areas and clean spaces. I enjoyed the One-Bedroom Apartment it was spacious and modern, it had what I needed for my vacation. The staff are friendly, they are ready to ensure I have a nice experience. Pools are great, the food is fresh!
The music at the main pool was too loud for me. I wanted to relax and read, so I went to the adult pool. It was more quiet.

Great Stay with Minor Hiccups

The apartment was clean and spacious. The staff worked hard to. The food was excellent both in the restaurant and at the poolside. The restaurant and bar staff were friendly. The entertainment team's energy made the holiday enjoyable for everyone.
our air con was noisy, I reported it but it wasn't addressed .
