fantastic family getaway
apartment space home facilities happy kids friendly staff
I really liked the apartment space. It easily accommodated my whole family. the home facilities allowed us to cook and relax just like home. kids were happy with the pools. the customer service was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and always ready to help.
the gym has limited equipment. there is only one bench, dumbbells up to 15kg, a treadmill and a bike.

our villa included all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. the air conditioning worked well. the villa was spacious. daily towel replacement occurred even when not requested.

helpful staff restaurant food circus show
my family and i enjoyed our stay. staff was amiable and helpful . the restaurant had a buffet with fresh food and staff was very attentive, i REALLY enjoyed that. my daughters enjoyed the aquafun and circus shows.
the hotel bed was hard and uncomfortable. i had trouble sleeping because of it. i hope they can replace it SOON.

the hotel's location features a shuttle bus service that drives to the town regularly, convenient. the resort is atop a hill, a short taxi ride from the primary tourist area. it's a calm setting for mindfulness.

Eden rocks, amazing!
landscaped areas modern apartment friendly staff fresh food
I had a blast! The resort is beautiful with landscaped areas and clean spaces. I enjoyed the One-Bedroom Apartment it was spacious and modern, it had what I needed for my vacation. The staff are friendly, they are ready to ensure I have a nice experience. Pools are great, the food is fresh!
The music at the main pool was too loud for me. I wanted to relax and read, so I went to the adult pool. It was more quiet.

The reception was always ready to assist with requests. Staff were very friendly, offering prompt service for any need. Guest relations handled every issue, they always make sure everything is perfect.

Great Stay with Minor Hiccups
spacious apartment friendly staff excellent food
The apartment was clean and spacious. The staff worked hard to. The food was excellent both in the restaurant and at the poolside. The restaurant and bar staff were friendly. The entertainment team's energy made the holiday enjoyable for everyone.
our air con was noisy, I reported it but it wasn't addressed .

The resort is in a quiet location. it is located a little out of town, though there is a free shuttle service available. A taxi is also readily available and inexpensive.
